Position: Bar Manager

Windermere Golf and Country Club is currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, personable, detail oriented, and ambitious individual to fill our open Bar Manager position. This position is a year round position with many benefits.

The individual will be responsible for all bar related duties including:

  • Working with Director of Food and Beverage on Menu development
  • Responsible to create next level feature cocktails and all beverages
  • Upholding bar stocking procedures & cleanliness to the standard expected
  • Ensure bar standard is up to level set by Director of Food and Beverage
  • Training of additional bar staff
  • Executing Beverage service in a prompt manner
  • Serving members directly both at bar and at tables
  • Managing the service team as required
  • Event bartending including golf tournaments, Christmas parties, and other special events
 

The Bar Manager will work as a team with the Director of Food and Beverage and the Hospitality Manager to ensure our membership receive the very best in service and quality.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift

 

Experience:

  • Bartending: 2 years (required)
  • Serving: 1 year (required)

 

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (required)
  • Night Shift (required)

This is a full time, year round position a little more weighted to the summer months. This position has a base yearly salary with gratuities. We are looking for someone to start immediately and the individual needs to make Windermere their full priority due to scheduling needs.
